How do I schedule an appointment?

Do you take walk-in appointments?

We are a by appointment only salon so we can take the necessary steps to deliver your best hair results

Can I bring a friend, significant other, or child to my appointment?

For space and safety reasons we ask that you arrive alone to your appointment.

What are your Salon Policies?

Cancellations - A minimum of 48 hours is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. There is a rebooking fee if the cancellation is done within the 48 hour window. 

Deposits - Some services require a non refundable deposit prior to booking.

Pricing - Prices are based on stylists experience and are subject to changes.

Damaged or misplaced belongings - We are not responsible for items left behind or for damaged clothing/jewelry due to a salon service. A robe will be provided at your request to protect clothing.

Refunds - Due to the nature of the business, we do not offer refunds on services rendered. 




What should I do if I'm unhappy with my service?

Please connect with your stylist directly so they can walk you through this process or email the salon at hello@maxandrohairco.com Adjustment will be considered within 7 days of your service and be provided with your scheduled artist.



What is your return policy on retail items purchased from the salon?

Hair product exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of your service for a salon credit only. All discounted items and jewelry/accessories are final sale.
