Alisha has spent 20 years in the beauty industry, first behind the chair and now as the founder, owner, and mentor behind Max + Ro. Her passion is creating a salon where luxury feels approachable, guests feel genuinely cared for, and stylists feel supported as they grow.
As a mom of three and longtime industry leader, Alisha believes support changes everything. Her heart for education, mentorship, and meaningful guest experiences continues to shape the Max + Ro culture every day.
