In the days before your appointment they text you and ask for a pic of your hair and a pic of your desired look. They then tell if it can be done and offer suggestions. They text you if the stylist is running late. When you arrive they offer you something to drink or eat while you wait.
Kailey did my hair and she did a fabulous job. She listened and asked questions. I will be coming back! In fact I already booked my next appointment. I highly recommend Max & Ro and Kailey!
