Founded in 2018 by stylist, educator, and entrepreneur Alisha Burgett, Max + Ro Hair Co. is a Salem, OR salon that specializes in dimensional, natural colors, hand tied custom extensions, and modern, fresh feeling styles. On top of being the salon for women who set trends without trying, M+R acts as an educational hub for aspiring high-end stylists to hone their skills surrounded by a collaborative team of specialists and industry experts.
With a modern, welcoming environment and team you can rest assured that you will leave our space happy and confident, no matter which stylist you see. In our space, sharing is caring, so you’re welcome to work with several different stylists to find your match made in hair heaven. Our top priority is that you walk away from your time with us looking and feeling like the bombshell you are.

Makenna has worked hard to ensure her clients feel taken care of when they sit in her chair. She loves a good blonding session and making her clients feel excited about their new hair.

Kailey specializes in modern cuts, lived-in color, and on-trend styles that leave her clients feeling refreshed and confident. She loves experimenting with new color techniques, adding texture through precise cuts, and crafting a look that perfectly suits each individual’s style and personality.
Fun fact: When Kailey’s not in the salon, she’s likely out hiking with family and friends, taking on new trails and enjoying the beauty of nature along the way.
As one of our assistants, you’ll see Carley buzzing around the salon, making your client experience the best it can be. When she’s not assisting, she’s creating beautiful hair transformations for her own clients!
Fun Fact: Carley is getting married in 2025 & after there will be a surprise honeymoon. She’ll find out the destination the day they leave!

We are a by appointment only salon so we can take the necessary steps to deliver your best hair results

For space and safety reasons we ask that you arrive alone to your appointment.
Cancellations - A minimum of 48 hours is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. There is a rebooking fee if the cancellation is done within the 48 hour window.
Deposits - Some services require a non refundable deposit prior to booking.
Pricing - Prices are based on stylists experience and are subject to changes.
Damaged or misplaced belongings - We are not responsible for items left behind or for damaged clothing/jewelry due to a salon service. A robe will be provided at your request to protect clothing.
Refunds - Due to the nature of the business, we do not offer refunds on services rendered.

Hair product exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of your service for a salon credit only. All discounted items and jewelry/accessories are final sale.
