I've been in the beauty industry for 20 years. The first 10 were spent behind the chair, refining my skills, building a clientele, and gathering the experience I would one day need to truly lead others to success.

Today, my passion has evolved beyond creating beautiful hair. I'm more confident than ever that what we offer inside Max + Ro is something truly special and transformative. We've built a space where clients feel genuinely cared for, where luxury feels approachable, and where stylists are supported as they grow in their careers.

As a salon owner and mentor, I believe support changes everything. Being a mom of three has also taught me the importance of patience, encouragement, and creating an environment where people feel seen and supported.
